“Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”

“I grabbed a hookah bear battery and get prerolls there constantly (they know us, lol) and they are always a joy to see and spark up conversation with. I switched here after frequenting the Arden hills location but this one is by far much cheaper. Sometimes the little convos are the best part of my day. Every time you spend $5.00 or more you can select a free beverage from the fridge in the back by the Cigar Room! “JR was extremely helpful over the phone, when I arrived, and during my time at the store. I’ve been in customer service/sales management for over a decade, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. With this review I would appreciate he gets the correct recognition for how well he does at his job. He shows how much he cares for the shop and the customers. Because of JR I’m going to be coming back and making this my number one store to shop at. Again, I would appreciate he gets recognition for how well he performs at his workplace, pays genuine attention with his customers to make sure they received the correct and best of the product they’re searching for, along with his great attitude and customer service while working. “Love this shop. Everyone is so dang nice. I stopped about a month ago and tried to buy a certain vape flavor, but they were out up front. No big deal. The owner said he could go look in the back as he thought there was maybe one left, but I didn't feel that was necessary and went with another flavor. I went back in the other day, and requested the same flavor. The owner was again there and informed me they were no longer able to get that flavor. However, after my most recent visit, he had gone to the back, found the one remaining vape of this flavor, and set it aside for weeks until I came back. When he told me this, I thought he was joking initially. I don't know why, but this blew me away. I'm just some guy who comes in every once in awhile, but he went out of his way to set aside that product for me with no knowledge of if I would ever be back. Well, I'm for sure coming back now after being treated so well.”
