We had a large item (set) that we assembled. After assembling we decided we didn’t like it, I called Target Crystal, and Zachary was very helpful, kind and humors about it. We went and made the return (didn’t catch the cashier who helped us name) but he was extremely nice about it also. I was nervous returning it since it was an opened boxed item with multiple pieces, but both people I came into contact with made me feel at ease!!

This store is a damn joke once I found an employee I tried asking him if what I was looking for was on order and he said well they have one at another store but you'll want to call before and I said so what are they clearancing them out at the regular price because I don't know if they're yeah it looks like they are so it was like he couldn't make up his mind what he wanted to say to me he said one of their stores has one in stock. He couldn't tell me if there were any on order he wanted to sit there and argue and I just wanted to know if they had any more on order. They don't want to help you they want to argue with you it is so ghetto there their doors need to be closed I will never be back there again if that's the only store left in the state open

Not good customer service, I tried to get assistance with a locked personal care item for approximately over fifteen minutes yesterday and no one helped me. I finally spoke to a supervisor and went to a Plymouth Target instead.

Every Sunday a hour to 2 hours this target is always busy and so pointless to go to with 2 registers open and self check out closed. This isn’t a one off busy every Sunday, maybe keep those open since so there isn’t over 30 carts waiting to check out
