Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.

Place has so many items to chose from and employees are always friendly and helpful and awesome that the boots have shoelace replacement for life!

Service was fine but there just weren't many options (specifically with a safety toe) in women's styles/ sizes. Would have loved to be able to try on a few more styles but there weren't many to choose from and I wasn't able to find a shoe that worked for me.

First time yesterday. Great service! If they start selling shoes, footlocker might be out of business. I never been to any place where your feet get calculated and measured like that.

The manager was so amazing and you can definitely tell that he was so passionate about his job. Did amazing in helping with finding my first pairs of steel toed shoes. Abit pricey, but it's well worth the product and safety needed from one's job or whatever use the shoes will be used for. I sadly decided to return the shoes due to my sister giving me her pair that she didn't need, and due to being in a bit of a financial crunch, I had to return them.... I felt so bad for returning the shoes and worried the manager would make me feel even worse about it but he instead understood and actually empathized plus didn't make it a huge problem.

Create I reordered the 2244 boot the thermal one and I work in a freezer at -20 so the boots meet my expectations of the job so I'm satisfied.
