Good staff, helpful and consistent. The store is always clean and doesn't smell. Like these stores better than the other well known pet stores in town.

Easy website to use and wonderful staff. I placed my order online and called to let them know someone else would be picking it up and she had zero troubles. They also included a toy for my kitties and the sweetest hand written thank you note. Love being able to support this small business!
