Employees are top-notch. I go there when napa fails. I am oftentimes looking for parts/filters for generators/ heaters etc. I don't have a "vehicle to just type in" The employee's will not stop tell you get your part. Warehouse is just up the street.

David was an awsome help. U-joints were a pain to figure out. So many for my vehicle but all diffrent. He ran through his list and checking off part numbers while comparing it to the old part I brong in. David was carfully reading all the parts description assuring I get the right part the first time. Eveing advice on installation. Thanks David! Hopefully you get a raise ?

Called and asked fir assistance replacing a brake light they said the person was t there. Came back.in said it waa my fuses. They sees pretty lazy abd didn't seem to want to do.the repsir service offered on.the internet. Pretty disappointing aces like it was a huge problem to do what they offer to do regularly. I'll try.one more time but they seem non responsive to my needs .

I have been a mechanic for 40 plus years, I have used this store since they opened, and all has been good until a couple years ago. Not sure the problem but the service has gone downhill. Most employees know NOTHING about cars. Example I went in asking for a shop light, I tried to explain what one was but was told they don't carry them. Please use the location nearby on Bass Lake Road Ron, Cody, and the others there will help you.

If you check their website it says they do free bulb installation but the person at the counter said they didn’t. Frustrating. Please train staff on your policies if that’s what you advertise.
