“Solid gym, great value. My only complaint is the lack of squat racks, I wish there were more smith machines, but that's a corporate decision. Lots of cardio machines and machines for lifting. The black card area is worth it, the hydro massage and deep tissue chairs are great.”

“When I joined Studio ME six months ago, I had a clear goal in mind — get strong enough to keep up with my Colorado friends in the mountains of East Greenland. By committing to twice weekly bootcamp classes, I strengthened all the muscles that I would use for climbing and skiing. Adding on some RowEndurance classes helped me build up my cardio tolerance and taught me to pace myself. My coaches (esp. Sami) took the time to teach me how to lift and why it was important, while all my peers were encouraging and welcoming.All of this programming and support made a huge difference when it came time to ski tour in Greenland. For multiple days in a row, we spent 8-10 hours daily in the backcountry— climbing uphill for elevation gains between 2,000 and 3,000 feet and traversing from 7 to 10 miles each day, with a few epic ski descents in between. There is no way I would’ve been able to sustain this level of activity and effort without my training at Studio ME. Thank you to the whole community!”

“Don’t hesitate to sign up. They personalize the training according to your needs, when I first saw the videos I felt intimidated by them because everyone looked so strong and athletic but once I started going I realize that the coaches actually teach you how to do it and have realistic expectations for you and tell you that in time you will get there too. The focus meetings are the best part because you get to have a private talk with your coach and talk about any goal you may have. It’s just amazing. Everybody makes you feel welcome all the time. ?”

“Check out Jazzercise Maple Grove! They have 27 classes every week either in studio or live stream online! I have been doing Jazzercise for about 30 years and it is a total body workout, the music is great and steps are easy to follow. I love that you can do high impact and/or low impact. Plus, they have the best instructors in the state! Check them out, you will not regret it!”

“Mvmt Lab has really changed how I workout. I love the environment and the workouts. Everyone is so nice and welcoming from Becci, the owner, to the trainers. Most of my workouts were with Eric coaching. Love his energy always pushing me to do more & making me realize I’m stronger than I think. Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say. Everyone is in there with the same objective and focused on what they are doing. I thought I knew what working out was until I stepped into Mvmt Lab! I really recommend everyone to try them out. They are simply amazing! ??”

“Where do I start! I was going to a gym where you could come and go on your own time and work out at your own pace, but I wanted something more structured. Thus, my adventure with Orangetheory. I have been going there for a year now and this is what I can say from my experience. I like the fact that you have coaches that are there to encourage you (sometimes give you a little push, if you would like) and helping you with your form to get the most out of your workout. The workouts are different every day which keeps it fun. A big one for me is their cancellation policy for a scheduled workout. It holds me accountable to show up and not cancel at the last minute and I am always grateful that I went. The workouts are not only good physically but mentally as well. It has really helped me out in both aspects. Everyone of the coaches are wonderful. Before class they explain what your workout will entail for the next hour and guide you through the workout and they always bring it with great enthusiasm! I highly recommend OT Maple Grove.”

“Best SNAP I have ever been in, and I have been in a lot of them. Recently under new ownership and they too are fitness people/former competition body builders, so they "get" it. Tom has been there for years and is extremely proficient with fitness as well as being an outstanding human being. Members there (like myself), are extremely friendly, helpful and experienced as well. The gym has three levels and can accomodate all fitness styles from crossfit, aerobic, powerlift, MMA and more. There is a place for everyone at Robbinsdale SNAP, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.”

“Update: Did you know there is an FP North Suburbs location? Pro tip, checkout their new location north of the cities at Prodigy MMA. They are renting space out of this gym and has been my new favorite combination of training!Functional Patterns changed my life. The training system is the best out there. The community here is full of wonderful humans wanting to better themselves and those around them. The gym is epic and gets open air in the Summer and Red lights at night.Best of all, the trainers are life changing. The attention and transformative potential they can have for people is unreal. I've thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend training with Austin, Frida, or Lukas!”

“I absolutely love this place. After being at a couple disasterous gyms where I saw no results, I decided to make a change and joing Anytime Fitness. And I am so glad I did. After, I had a health scare after having COVID towards the end of 2021, I knew I had to make a permanent change on my health and well-being. I started working with Brian. He completely help me and gently guided me to where I want to be physically, mentally and emotionally. Brian can attest that I can be stubborn and I can make excuses, but he really pushed me in his Brian way to help me achieve my goals. So far, I've smashed them and I know I will smash the goals I've created for myself now.

Along with Brian, the entire staff like Paul and Morgan and Gabe and Amanda are absolutely phenomenal and kind and highly knowledgeable with whatever health and nutrition question you have. Their group workouts are an absolute blast and I strongly suggest taking them.

Also, I didn't expect this, but I've made friends at the gym that I am always happy to see. Thank you Anytime Fitness Uptown for making me feel like I belong and make me feel I can be me.”
