Front desk employee ( B ) was very dishonest ! I've been using this company for year's Never once had a problem, always excellent work .. I will NOT use them again neither will I recommend them to anyone !

They offer a Hand Car wash for $60 which is far expensive....and did a really bad job......they used a broom to do a prewash then rolled up in the machine that did the wash(not a hand car-wash) and partially dried the car with hand.... there was still some spots left over around the bumpers and the exhaust tips were just as dirty as i took the car in and the windows were not wiped down correctly... will not be returning to this place again....and definitely not worth 60$ better of do the wash my self and buy the wash kit for the same price.

I was able to do an art project on the back window with the dirt left over after a $10 wash. I know it’s not the most expensive option but I figured it would do at least a decent job. 2 stars cause I’ve never had an issue in the past.

I came in to get a estimate for my body work to get fixed He gave me the estimate and asked me for my keys to go and check my mileage and when I came outside to my car I didn't think nothing of it but I left to go give me a sandwich from Subway when I came outside from Subway and said my sandwich on the seat my knob that controls my heat in the back was sitting there and my knob has and nothing in my vehicle has ever had a problem or any knobs has ever been off why he did it I don't know, but I will never bring my vehicle here and I don't suggest you ring your vehicle here

I use to think the car wash here was pretty great, always been my go-to. I’m not sure who is in charge of the car wash maintenance but they’re slippin. The last 3-4 times I’ve been through it, it has left behind wax or some other white substance. Being that I drive a black car, it is extremely noticeable. I’ll be using another car wash until it’s been properly serviced.Edit - Since I can’t reply to the owners comment.I would 100% go back to this wash and re-edit the review, once it’s fixed, to reflect that. But the white residue that’s left behind is not only unsightly, it leaves a gritty texture over my paint. Requiring me to wash it again elsewhere.Also, thank you for taking the comment constructively. If there’s a way to notify me, and anyone else, that the problem is taken care of, that would be awesome. I’d like to continue frequenting this car wash.
