Lamar's the man. Stuck it out with me for 2 hours while we went through the process of switching carriers to Cricket. I had a lot of questions comparing possible phones to get and he helped me answer every single one of them. If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier. To top it off, he stayed past close with me to finish the transaction. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Give my man a raise ?

They have a sign next to the door "under new management" and the experience was great today. Lamare was one of the most helpful knowledgeable phone guys I've talked to in quite a while.

Tried to call this store several times over multiple days. Keep getting messages that the call has failed or the service number cannot go through as provider is busy. Called 1-877 Cricket and the overseas service was unable to activate a new esim card. Cricket service is zero stars.

Went to Cricket wireless no one was there, had a sign on the door be back in 20 min went to dinner..This is the second time this happened, so unprofessional..I no longer use Cricket services..Please people don't waste your time with them..
