This store was convenient to my Airbnb. It was well stocked, well staffed, and products were reasonably priced.

Decent grocery store for small town but the prices are unbelievably expensive compared to other places around the prices of their products makes it impossible to consistently shop there without going broke.

In Cross Lake, a lakes area in Minnesota this is your best option for a grocery store with a good selection and decent prices. I came here for a guys fishing trip and we needed the essentials and after looking at the area and consulting locals this was our destination. Located close to the golf course there are other amenities in the greater area and they have a great deli, bakery and a good produce selection.

My family has been going to Reeds since 1989. I have always loved their deli and bakery. We especially love their fried chicken. Todays I went in to get my regular 8 piece box of chicken for our lunches. They only had one box of 10 piece chicken all dark meat. I saw they had a whole pan of fresh chicken at the deli so I went up there to get my 8 piece. The gal behind the counter pointed out the 10 piece box. I told her that's all dark. She said well its going to cost you more...Really? I have never been questioned about my choice of the standard 8 piece box..my husband had a cashier go back to find out what was going on. She came back and said well they explained the fresh chicken is for the lunch rush. Well what am I? I'm a member of this community and have provided my business to Reeds for 40 years and have never had such a terrible customer experience. What's the difference between me a paying customer and the guy buying a two piece chicken lunch? I miss the older guy that used to work in your deli. He new me as a regular and treated me as a valued customer. You guys need to have your deli crew work on their service levels. If I want a 8 piece box of fresh fried chicken then gladly sell it to me. My money is as good as everyone else's.

Nicely kept store with plenty of parking and easy access. Reed's market fills the need for a full grocery store in Crosslake. Of course you can find cheaper prices -- if you want to drive all the way to Brainerd. But Reed's runs some really good sales! I generally really like self-checkouts, but the ones here are what I consider tricky and temperamental; they do not work as smoothly as some other ones I've used.

Love this store, but when in Lake County very surprised to be charged for paper bags when plastic isn't good for the environment ?

They have everything! Very clean, bright store, lots of brands per item, bakery is phenomenal and staff were very friendly! Love this grocery store. Comparable to Kowalski's in the cities, without the gift shop.

We are lucky to have the options Reed's provides for your small town. A bit pricey, but beats the drive to the city. Between Reed's and Barstock Liquor next door and Ace Hardware across the road there is everything you need.

Prices are a little high for a small town. Not much else near by though so I guess they feel they can charge higher.

I placed a large rib order with Justin in the meat department. He is extremely acomodating and easy to work with, going the extra mile to please us. Great customer service!

Someone apparently stole one of their kids shopping carts once and now everyone who lets their kids use them to bring groceries out is trying to steal them. What an awkward interaction. Either let people use the carts without accosting them or get rid of the kids carts.
