I work for Legend Outdoors and one of the upgrades we have for our fish houses is to have an Aqua-vu setup pre-wired and mounted.I recently built my own house with a Multi-Vu Pro (Gen 2) and for the life of me I could not get the system to link up to the TV. I spoke to a few different people there and finally ended up talking to Colt and he tried walking me thru a couple things over the phone but still nothing worked so he said he'd stop by the shop on his way down to the cities and check out what was going on with the unit. Colt brought another Gen 2 setup with him and after some testing and diagnosis, Turns out the camera was the problem all along. He swapped out the whole setup with me and everything works perfectly now.I've worked in the customer service industry for well over 20yrs and I'm a firm believer that customer service is a large part of what makes a business successful. The folks at Aqua-vu are absolutely top notch and truly care about their customers satisfaction.To Colt, Chris, BJ, Kelly and Ashley thank you very much for everything.

Had issues with my Micro Revolution 5.0 Pro. My unit was still under warranty so I contacted Aqua-Vu support. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service and how fast the support was!!! A+++ of company!!!

Had trouble with my Aqua-Vu camera. Went to the store in Cross Lake, where I was helped by a very courteous technician. In no time problem was resolved and I was on my way!

Aqua-Vu's customer care team is amazing. I was having an issue with my camera (which turned out to be a user error, not an issue with the camera itself) and the care team responded quickly and got me back on track.

Nice clear picture on the monitor. Also excellent customer service. I had a problem with my 760cz, l brought it to Aqua - Vu in Cross Lake. The diagnosis was a faulty battery. 10 minutes later I'm heading out the door with my Aqua-Vu I'm working condition!! Thank you!

AH-MAZING!!! While on vacation in Englewood, Fl. , we saw a gentleman using an "Aqua Vu" camera off a marina dock. We were amazed at the clarity of the picture and joked with him that the camera was so clear it could probably be used to help find our sunglasses that were dropped into the water earlier that day. He graciously volunterred to search the Intercoastal waterway floor...because of the HIGH quality of the camera...He found the glasses within minutes! What a blessing! Probably NOT the intended use for the camera but definitely an added benefit!

I love the aquavu seeing under water has realy helped me learn how to read my sonar. seeing what bottom looks like has help choose spots to fish. When I had a problem with my system I called customer service and was very happy with the results. When they couldn't help over the phone they replaced it. Love dealing with company's like this. They care about customers.

I’ll tell you what, these guys are on the ball when it comes to making a quality and durable fishing product. Aside from their excellent electronics that give us anglers a huge advantage over the fish, their customer service is outstanding.
