Where else can you purchase a refrig and have it delivered the next day.. and on Saturday! Basement refrig died, went to store at 3:00pm, bought refrig on the floor and was delivered at 11:00am the next day for half the delivery and take away charge of Best Buy! Yeah for local Ace Hardware and Appliance!!

Nice store with a lot of inventory and they keep expanding. Ace Hardware prices in general tend to be high, so the decision is between: drive to Brainerd to get a cheaper price, or go to Ace and pay more but get it right away without the extra driving. Employees are always ready to help, which is great for people who want help available but can also be annoying for people who want to just be left alone to shop on their own!

We had bought firewood here several times for $5.50 per bundle. Came on Oct 5 and price was jacked up to $7.75 per bundle. A full 1.76 higher than Reeds Market across the street. DO not go to ACE in Crosslake!!

This store has the worlds best employees. I shop here way too often and no matter what department I’m in, everybody is so helpful. You don’t come across that often. The girls at the paint department give great advice and I have had a few warranties that they’ve handled without making it difficult on me. I don’t leave reviews often but I wanted to highlight the staff at Cross Lake Ace
