So a few hours ago my legally blind uncle came in for his prescription. On top of it he has a nicotine patch prescription he gets when he has the money for it. But because his insurance doesn't cover it he hasn't gotten it lately. So when he goes to the counter they set the bag down and scan his card without telling him the price. He doesn't know that the patches are in the bag too. He tries to go buy some stuff from another store and his card is declined. So he goes home and calls his bank. He has only 13 dollars in there some how. He figures out they put those patches in the bag, he never asked for them today. And when he goes back to return them they refuse... Why? Idk. Please tell me. He didn't open or use them. If they had just said the total during check out he would have known something was wrong. So now i have to figure out a way to send money so my 63 year old BLIND uncle can eat till he gets paid...

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Needing a simple medication (prednisone) for my transplant and they cannot get it right in 9 days.

The staff (Katie and Ashley)was absolutely amazing! Very helpful! They set my mind at ease knowing my son, being many miles away from home, would receive his prescription. Can't thank them enough!

Nothing but the nicest people that I have ever had to deal with! Give them all a raise! Other areas of the clinic should take notes.
