Vern and his team were Great. They worked through this transaction and made it as smooth as could be. I did a self directed IRA which was new to me. They helped me through the process and come closing it went like clockwork.

After a horrible experience with a previous realtor, Anthony was able to get us our first house on the first try. Anthony will keep it real and within expectations, couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Knew the ins and outs of the market and how things should work out. As first time homebuyers he kept it honest and to the point and we found exactly what we wanted. Wish we would have gone with him sooner in the process.

I have worked with vern on two purchases so far. He is the type of guy that will really dig into a house or property. I remember one home I was looking at. Vern found a way to access under the house and he crawled hands and knees around to really inspect the foundation. Overall a great experience!
