I called the company today to ask questions because I want to do business with a new propane company. The woman I talked to was very pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and relayed information clearly. I am looking forward to doing business with this customer oriented company. :)

Rude customer service over the phone. I am not sure who's taking phone calls but she went out of her way to make the interaction difficult.I appreciate the speed of delivery and those who come out to fill the tank but the customer service from this particular person was awful.

We tried a couple different LP companies in town and have found FDL propane the best by far! The price is lower and the service is PHENOMENAL! Very, very friendly company and so helpful! Highly recommended!
