Customer service was 5 ⭐️➕!A small group of us called very last minute & not only was the resort happy to accommodate us, we got upgraded accommodations at the same rate. Absolutely recommend & will definitely come back.

We had a schedule snafu with another outfit but Jeff was able to set our family up for a great day of fishing on a nearby portage lake.He also set us up with a guide for the following day on Crane and Sand Point.Our son enjoyed tangling with a 32" northern and some hefty smallmouth bass. A walleye fish fry to end the day was perfect.Nothing better than hearing your son say, "I got one! I got one!"Thanks to Pine Point Lodge for helping make great family memories.-Andrew, Nicole & Charlie

Cathy and the staff were so helpful and kind! We rented a boat from the Lodge for a weekend of camping in Voyageurs, only to boat to our campsite and find that it was flooded out. Cathy helped book us a room for the night at the Lodge for our dog and us and offered a discount, including discounting our boat rental. The lodge and the lake are lovely, and the boats are new. We’d love to come back to Pine Point next year to experience the lake in its fullness! We wish the whole Pine Point staff the best as they get though this historic flooding.

Stayed for a night on a snowmobile trip the rooms were really nice and well taken care of and the owner puts the nice in Minnesota NICE ?will definitely go back in the future.
