Service can vary at this location. There are some staff who have been here forever and the go out if their way to be helpful, get you additional pharmacy info etc. butI have also had some terrible experiences for example picking up pain killers after major surgery they will only give a few days worth which means I have to keep going in to get them while in pain and trying to recover. The pharmacist didn’t use any empathy, nor any analytical skills to understand my situation she just stated a recommendation from a National pharmacist groups recommended policy. She really turned this into a night mate for me because the insurance thought I picked up a whole months worth so when I went back seven days later to get 3 more days worth, the insurance said I already picked it up. The pharmacist is brainless and treated me like a meth had when I had giant leg braces and was using a Walker to walk so it made it kind of obvious I wasn’t faking it. I quit using them for 2 years because of this. I only went back because she’s gone now. But there’s now another tech there that is aggressive and argues. My eye is starting to twitch and I may get another pharmacy again

If I was able to give this pharmacy a minus 10 I would! Today I was there with my 9 month old to take his passport pictures and this girl, who was there told me I should called in advance so someone who is an “expert” in taking baby pictures can be available to take it. She obviously did not wanted to help me or take his picture, as if she was going to do it for free!? Why would you have people like this working here; wasting everyone’s time and giving people attitude and telling them what they should do so she’s not bother.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous! They constantly give incorrect pick-up times and make you waste gas driving back and forth when a prescription isn't ready. Their system sometimes sends text messages saying a prescription is ready, just to find out that isn't the case once you are there. Today a prescription was supposed to be ready and someone on the phone said it would be ready in 2 hours. When I arrived at the pharmacy 2 employees said the prescription wouldn't be ready for hours (couldn't give a time) and both employees denied that I spoke to someone that told me 2 hours. Then the pharmacist walked away from window mid-conversation. Really unprofessional employees, avoid this location like the plague.
UPDATE: 30 mins after talking to corporate, I got an alert for the prescription being ready. When I got to the pharmacy, the employee named "Brandon" was extremely rude. I asked for the other employees names from earlier and Brandon's response was "Call my manager and get their names! Now get out of my drive-thru!" Then he slammed the prescription tray closed. I ended up talking to the manager at that location and the manager told me "Nothing will be done with that employee, you should switch to a different pharmacy". Apparently they don't care about losing business.

To the short gal behind the pharmacy counter today. Yes it was your fault this morning for my frustration. Yes I heard you as I walked away. Your communication was why I was frustrated. I understand there are federal guidelines for medication but know your job and show confidence in your knowledge. Do not tell someone “if” you can only get one which would you prefer. We don’t know we’re not pharmacy employees. Maybe say “we can “only” sell you one of these not both, am I help you figure out which one would be best for your symptoms. Seriously saying sorry over and over and saying it’s not you it’s the federal government does not help a situation. Everyone is sick and frustrated trying whatever they can to feel better. I don’t care that your sick unless your going to suggest your preferences on the medicine for the symptoms. Be professional and stop acting like a victim, know your job!

Worst walgreens ever. Pharmacy has the worst service. Filled prescription for the same person several times and today, they don't have the correct address. Wth!! It's the same prescription I had filled before. They couldn't give me the prescription because of the address and they couldn't resolve the issue. I'm pretty sure it's their training and inability to give serine and the correct information. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because they don't know what they are doing. And this is just today's issue. Few weeks ago, they couldn't find any information on my son that I've filled his prescription before too. And because I needed it, I just said screw the whole insurance stuff I'll just pay out of pocket. Seriously, I don't think they even care.

This Walgreens is well kept and a few things are out of stock, but what sets it at 5 stars is the associates. The young lady who helped me tonight was named Yara and she is truly the pinnacle of customer service. She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable of the Walgreens Rewards program, and super helpful! I appreciated all of her help so much.

Worst service in years. I tried calling to see if my prescriptions were ready and how much they cost
The gal who answered transferred me to the drive through instead of answering my question. This wasted 15 minutes. Tried again and was on hold for close to a half hour. I gave up.
This Walgreens has 'too much' business and no time for the personal element.

Unreliable pharmacy. Picked my dad up from surgery and this Walgreens was out of his meds. Offered no help and said they couldn’t transfer the meds anywhere else. Had my doctor try to contact them multiple times and no answer. Now my dad is in extreme pain with his meds and can’t re perscribe to a different pharmacy because it’s a narcotic. Unprofessional and rude. Do better and get your damn speaker fixed already.

Worst pharmacy place to pick up medication. The guy told me to come back in a hour because he couldn’t verify my insurance and he will have everything ready with or without
insurance. I came back in a hour and he told me the same words. I do not recommend pick up medication here. It a place lack of honesty and waste your time going there.

The pharmacy tech JOSH. Is one awful human being. Basically called me a liar and said we can have a debate whether or not my prescription was actually ready. I told him I have a message saying it was filled. He went on to try and argue with me and was so unbelievably rude. He told me my stuff was in back order and to come back in a week which I did. He then greeted me and said “yeah I remember you” as he rolled his eyes and chuckled. I said “what’s your problem ” I’m trying to get my prescription. He’s like yeah here’s the deal and slams his hands on the counter. “We don’t have your prescription” I said you told me to come back in a week. He said you’re gonna have to get it somewhere else. Luckily the pharmacist was super sweet and intervened. I can’t believe this is tolerated. I get places are desperate for workers but that’s just unacceptable.
