I went to this Verizon store in Cottage Grove instead of where I live in Woodbury because in the store in Woodbury I was given inaccurate information about the iPhone 11 I had and that it’s screen couldn’t be repaired or replaced and it could not be turned in toward a new phone. Glad I did! In Cottage Grove I dealt with Brett who was immensely helpful, calm, knowledgeable, no pressure.
I do want to add that Verizon itself started sending me information on my account on the Verizon app that was misleading/confusing and still now is showing my estimated new monthly bill as well over what I agreed to with what Brett told me it was estimated to be with taxes.

Connor was awesome in helping me get my phone transferred. Xfinity was giving us problems, but in the end, he was able to help make the process less daunting than Xfinity made it to just get the transfer pin

Am having to wait for 40 min and counting, currently still here. Only two people working upfront that i could see and two other people walked in and were assisted to, meanwhile we didn’t get greeted or acknowledged or even a “we’ll be with you asap” Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they seem like friendly people just not to us.

Both Vaughn and Kat were beyond fast! Very well versed and beyond helpful for an “ old woman “ who is not the most technologically gifted! Was a great experience, as it always is, I’ve been going there for over 7 years!

Always a stressful thing to replace a phone, but Conner at Verizon made it so much easier. I prefer dealing in-person and appreciate the individual attention and recommendations he made.
