I love Cottage Grove Sherwin Williams! I have bought paint there before and it was outstanding quality. Besides this, they really have a heart. I needed some paint stirring sticks to use as supports to build a foam board wall for cat safety upstairs, and they gave me a bunch for free. Thank you all SO much! You're the best!

Horrible customer service! Stopped in on Monday to inquire about a special order product availability. Was told the manager would call me Tuesday. No call Tuesday. Called store and a very rude employee told me the manager would call at 9 am Wednesday. No call came in. Called AGAIN Friday. Was told manager would call me the following Monday but no one had any idea what I was calling about. I was looking to place a large company order of multiple products and will be taking my business elsewhere!!

We are staining our deck and had a lot of questions around using a wood stripper and a neutralizer. Also, around what stain to use with our deck being in the condition it is. The two gentleman working were so helpful. I wish I would have gotten names. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were very patient with all of our questions. Projects like these can be very stressful, however, when you have excellent customer service and employees that “care” to help, it makes it so much easier. Thank you both for your help! It was very appreciative!! ?

They were super helpful. I brought in 2 cans of paint from 2008 that I couldn't get open. I thought for sure the paint was bad inside. They got both cans opened and checked the paint. It was still good.
