We needed hotel room keys for a conference we were conducting. I visited the website and used the chat to ask questions. I received all of my answers and then a follow up email as promised. A few emails back and forth led to being sent some samples for me to test. Once I confirmed that the hotel room keys worked with that hotel, Betty Lou continued to be very responsive and timely in providing a final quote and placing the order.
