“I recommend OTF Cottage Grove to anyone looking to get a structured workout in! All the coaches are great (couldn't just review one!), friendly, and willing to help/provide guidance and modifications. Many options to make the workout as challenging as you'd like. “I've been going here for years. They upgraded most of the equipment recently. I am worried about the new year people though. This planet fitness got rid of about half of their treadmills which is going to make it rough for the first month or two of the new year. Get there really early in the morning if you want to work out, way too many kids and adults sitting on their phones holding up equipment in the evening.”
“Very nice dog park. Large space. Also has a separate fenced area for smaller dogs. I've not really found parking to be an issue. Yes, sometimes it can get crowded in the lot but there's always parking on the gravel road nearby or even in the grass. Porta potty on site. No toys, food or kids under 8 allowed- for safety. Closes at dusk. Running drinking water for dogs in summer months. In between a railroad track and the compost site. So can be a bit noisy. But it is completely fenced all the way around. My dog loves this place.Dog-friendliness: It's a dog park. Of course it's dog friendly.”

“I joined AF CG about a year ago. I met with Mary to get started. Mary was so welcoming, full of excitement and energy. I walked out knowing I picked the right place. I met with Jon to see what direction I wanted to take. I got some free passes to do some group classes. My first class was a “Burny Burn” as Taherah would say and I almost died(not literally)but how supportive she was and understanding, I knew that I would return and she helped me make the decision to join the group classes. I’ve met other trainers with other days of training and they too were supportive and understanding. They were very accommodating with my knee and back issues. I would recommend this location a million times over. You’ll be happy you joined!”
