Appointments are required for estimates. Even then they are a week out after walking in and filling out the form just for an estimate.

I'm very satisfied with Cottage Grove Caliber Collision. They did a fantastic job on the repairs to mt Dodge Ram. And the office staff is excellent at communicating progress, and timeline. Anid made the whole experience very nice. I would definitely recommend using them for your auto repair needs.

I was in a front end collision. My main concern was the horn not working. It took 3 weeks to get in for the estimate and another 2 weeks for repairs all this time I am driving with no horn and nearly missed getting hit a few times. I went to pick my car up after calling to see when it would be done because Ryan had not contacted me at all during the claim and repair I ask does the horn work. He said it should but I haven't personally tested it. Well it didn't. So now I'm still without my car days later and they don't have a clue why the horn doesn't work. Ryan will tell my husband one thing and then me a totally different thing. I was also sent home with a car with cracked parts due to back order but they are just for styling purposes. Well then the car isn't done yet is it?

Had some collision work done to my Toyota Camry and Mario was professional and courteous to work with. The shop did an excellent job and the vehicle came back spotless, in the time they advised. All in all, very happy with the experience and would refer others to them.

I was initially sent to Caliber by my insurance company as part of their recommended shops, but after this experience I would definitely recommend them myself for any auto body issues. Trying to get your car fixed after an accident is a stressful enough situation, but Erik and the team here helped to make it an easier process. Erik was my main point of contact and he was extremely helpful, professional and understanding of my situation. The team did an amazing job on the fix and all things considered I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommended.

This is the second time I had a vehicle fixed here and its has been great both times. This last time I had it in for hail and they fixed it up like they should but they also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of the truck and it had alot of dog hair. Thank you I wasn't expecting you to do that. Thank you it was a great surprise it looks great.

My truck is one of my prized posessions. When it had a fender bender i decided to go with Cottage Grove Auto Body, i had such bad experiences at other shops, so I was nervous. I was more than impressed. They arranged for the towing and Brandon kept me up to date almost daily on the progress. So very pleased will most definitely recomend and use them again. Honest work. We brought our car in for a big brake job. They came out a bit later and said we didn't need it! Then they fixed our turn light for just a few bucks! I love this place!
