My family got the WORST SERVICE! We have been going their for almost 2 years - never greeted her, never called her by her name.
They overcharged, lied about the warranty for her air conditioner that they had to fix 3 times!
The front arm on passenger seat was charge with a full price but they replaced it with rusty/used parts. . She showed them the pictures- they denied.
And the owner yelled at her on the phone and tried to bully her when she asked questions! I suggest going to a different location in maplewood . as they are franchises if you want good customer service and good mechanic service - I would suggest the maplewood/hasting location - my family/ friends have an amazing customer service experience with Steve week /Mike . They don’t discriminate based on the color of your skin , women or men.
I’d never suggest anyone to go here to this location. Save your money

Went to a shop in Woodbury and they told us we needed a $7k repair for a leaky engine gasket. Carlson looked at it and said absolutely nothing wrong with the gasket at all! They have earned my trust and our business!
