I've used caliber in the past. And they've always been high. But this time, this time they've really done something unexplainable. They totaled out a 2021 4 runner costing me thousands. I've had 2 other shops quote this repair at 7 to 9k.. caliber thinks it has to be taken off frame to repair. Not a thing. Even astate farm adjuster said it's not totaled. But bevause caliber said it is, by God the general said they are going with caliber. Even heffner came in at 9k. This is nuts. I shouldn't have ever let fix quote get submitted. I'm filling a law suit against the insurance. I might see what I can do against caliber.. just awful.

Generally good service. Lower rating because we had to return from out of town to pick up vehicle because noticably parts did not line up due to not being properly quality checked. Also had some problems over communications with the insurance company which in my opinion could have been avoided.

Mario is a con artist, these guys work with insurance companies to rob you for your vehicle and if you refuse to let it happen they will ignore you, damage your vehicle and claim it was pre existing damage then force you to sign a release and give you no proof it was there to get out of it. Stay away guys seriously, especially if you have progressive insurance. They scam together that's why this is a "preferred" shop. My door wouldn't close, they assured me it would be stored inside, they took it apart and stored it outside fir the elements to get to open wiring harnesses. I have pictures for proof of all of what I'm claiming.
My 2017 jeep grand cherokee was hit on the driver door, I had it looked at by a individual from fury dodge and they said no damage to the A frame we can get it done for the price of a door, fender and painting. Progressive "suggested" I bring it to a "preferred" shop so I did as they asked. I brought it here, Mario walked around looked at it and said "no problem, will be done in around 2 weeks" I left for colorado the next day came back a week and a half later then received a phone call from my insurance company stating that "the A frame pillar where the door hinges connect is completely bent and twisted and needs to be replaced. Looks like you have gap coverage so it's totalled. Come sign the paperwork releasing the vehicle so we can take it" no option for a buy back or anything of the sort just....... it's not yours anymore. I traded a 09 porsche for this car, I put $3600 down on this car, I made $400 payments on this car for 13 months so naturally I went to look and to my surprise there were 2 small scratches. When asked Mario told me it's internal damage and I can not see it. When asked how it's damaged inside but nothing where the hinges connect as they claimed he shrugged his shoulders and said "it is" then told me I can take my vehicle and I need to sign a release once he knew he was caught in this scam. Now let's fast forward because these people had my car for almost 2 months completely dismantled refusing to put it back together. After this argument of telling them they can't return my vehicle dismantled I had to have my insurance company call them and tell them they have to do it they called me said it would be done tuesday morning that Monday, heard nothing and went in Wednesday but mario like every other day was out of the office till 2 pm and he would call but he is unprofessionaland never makes the calls. The following week I had to have my insurance company contact him to get a response. They told me they had issued a check to have it reassembled a week ago. That day I had a call at close saying it was done so I picked it up the next day. They cracked the paint all over the car and damaged things that were not damaged then marked it like it was previous damage. They removed the badges and trim that were nowhere near the damage and told me it's just trim and left me to eat the cost. This place is terrible stay away from it and definitely do not let Mario have anything to do with your car if you do choose this shop
Edit* No shop will touch my vehicle to be reassembled, said since another shop took it apart already it's a insurance liability. I'm sure they knew this giving it back so we put it back together and as expected everything lined up perfectly. Door closes and latches perfect and everything closes right without rubbing, I'll be sharing the picture as I have with whoever responded to their generic "we care" response. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that has a salvage title that shouldn't be all because Mario lied. Don't make this mistake, this has costed me more then $20k from the start and I'm still paying for it. If you bring your car here chances are you won't get it back unless your will to pay huge amounts of money to get it back in pieces. It only allows pictures that look as if

Amazing service throughout my repair and provided constant updates. Seamless communication with my insurance company. Concierge service with rental company so I didn’t have to arrange my own rides. Caliber did a great job on my car! The rear, right section had been clobbered in a parking lot. While no one likes the inconvenience that comes with dealing with this stuff, Caliber made it as non-inconvenient as possible. They kept me updated regularly throughout the process, did a great job on the work, and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car before pickup! While I hope I never need them again, if I do need body work done, I'm definitely using Caliber.

We had to get our SUV fixed as someone backed into it and ran and we took it here. Mario was great to work with, and they did quick and great work! If I ever need body work again, they'll be the first place I call.

Caliber did an amazing job on my car repair. The staff is excellent and kept me very well informed throughout the process. They made the insurance and rental car stuff super simple too!
