My favorite AutoZone and my favorite AutoZone staff! Manager is knowledgeable and helpful. The other associates are, too. Although it's frustrating needing to go to AutoZone five times during one simple automotive repair, these guys make it tolerable! ??? Thanks guys!

It's always intimidating going into an auto parts store or a predominantly male focused business, because of my novice and also feeling like I could get taken advantage of, however, that feeling was short-lived with my experience this morning.
I visited AutoZone in Cottage Grove this morning right at open and was delightfully surprised at the attentiveness, kindness, and level of customer service of the employees working there. Keith, who was the one helping me, went above and beyond what was expected of him to help a customer. He even came out to my car to check something. He and the affiliate working with him whose name I did not grab, gave helpful advice, directions, and made me feel extremely comfortable.
I wanted to make sure to share this experience for not only other female customers, but hopefully for management to see and give them recognition.
