Would not mount new performance tires that they didn't sell nor do they carry. Had to go back to Discount Tire where they will accommodate. If you can't take care of me when I need it, then I have to take all my business elsewhere. I really wanted to support a local business. Sorry.

This is hands down the best place to buy tires! I called Westside to get a quote and talked to someone immediately...their prices are very reasonable. The same person was able to schedule my appointment - I could have gone that day if I had been available! I got there a few minutes before 1:00 p.m. and was out the door by 1:30 so they are incredibly efficient. This is the second time I have purchased tires at Westside and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service Westside, you are tops!!!

Westside tire is the best! Small town feel, as they are always looking out for you! Aaron G is the absolute best. He always takes care of us and goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting the right wheels and tires at a great price. Highly recommend!

Would give 10/5 stars if I could. Brought in 6 Dayton rims (50+ years old, very few shops still willing to work with them), shop got the tires dismounted in less than 2 days, were patient while I got all the sandblasting and painting done on the wheels, and got the new tires mounted by 10:30 in the morning the day after I brought them in. Even sent a letter in a few days later thanking me for choosing their business. I look forward to working with Westside in the future for all my tire needs.

These guys are Animals ! In a good way ; ) They are The Experts in all things Tires. This place is always hopping with everything from huge RV's & big trucks, to Skid-Steers as well as personal cars & trucks. Have time to be patient, they are Really busy & are worth the time. They can even spec tires for many specialty vehicles. I've worked for many years with John, but the entire team is knowledgeable, professional, hard-working folks. Stop by or give them a call, you will be happy you did ! IE: I got a quote for my Adam horse trailer tires, not only were the tires more affordable, but Westside's Fees were reasonable. At one place, tire disposal was $10 Per Tire, Westside was $4, which seems reasonable, not a rip-off. Their invoices clearly indicate what charges are for with No Mystery Fees! I appreciate their honest business practices, it's Great working with these guys!

Made an appointment to have our winter tires put on. We were able to get in the next day and arranged a ride over to drop off the vehicle. Upon arriving back home we get a call saying that because the tires were not purchased through them they would not put them on and we needed to come and get the vehicle but that we could purchase tires there and return the ones we had previously bought and brought in with us to have installed. It was also made known to us during the call to pick up the vehicle that half the blame was on us (50/50) as we did not tell them the tires were purchased outside of their business. Not only does it not say anywhere on the website that this is a policy but it was never communicated during the call to schedule that this was a policy. Very disappointed

I have had west side replace well north of 20 tires on my fleet of trucks and trailers. They always get me in right away and work extremely quick, for instance two steer tires on a pickup done from start to finish in 10 minutes, 16 tires on a semi and trailer done in under two and a half hours. Extremely good customer service all the while being very fairly priced. I tell any one needing tires go to west side!
