Have been trying to save money for years at Xfinity and never got anywhere with anyone on the phone. Tried going in store previously and they weren’t able to help us. Mike helped us today, took less than 10 minutes and saved us $120 a month.

Worst customer service experience imaginable. The employees don’t understand anything you say or are unwilling to help to solve a problem. Hard to tell which one it is. Avoid this store if possible

I tried to return a new phone today and was told by Derrick with the dreadlocks that the computer was down and that there was nothing that he could do for me. I offered to leave my name and number and the phone there so they could process the return when the computer came back onlne. Again no Derrick told me that he would call me when the computer comes back up and then nothing. I would have been better off talking to a cardboard dummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both times (the second was today - a saturday) that I have been to this store I have not waited, the employees are polite and helpful, everything is done quickly and accurately, they give me a receipt, I leave very happy and I see the anticipated changes on the bill right after.

My internet has been out for 2 days now. I can't seem to get a human on the phone besides their "virtual assistant" who just keeps resetting my modem. Why am I paying 70 dollars a month for this? I thought AT&T was bad...wrongo. Xfinity is worse because I need the internet NOW for grad school. Don't be a sucker like me and go with them because they send a lot of pamphlets in your mailbox.*I'm editing this because clearly you have a standard post for every negative comment. Why do I have to use my phone plan's data to deal with this? I'm not using anymore of my data to deal with your companies ineffectiveness* Fix your issue or contact me.

If you have to do anything in person with Xfinity/Comcast, do not go to this store. As you can see by the name, they are a “Branded Partner” and not a true Xfinity. I made the mistake of going and it was clear that they didn’t have the capacity to do much of anything. When the counter employee couldn’t help, he got another employee, and then manager who couldn’t help either and he was rude and condescending.

They can't disconnect your account or refund inside the store and make you call xfinity and hope someone answers to disconnect the account. Not sure why they're not capable to do it at the store in person. Nice employees, but would not recommend there service.

Be sure to confirm verbally with the employee at the counter the type of service you are returning equipment for. (You have your prior bill statement as proof, because they wont put anything in writing). Take photos of any equipment you return. The man on duty Sat 16th 11:45 refused to give me written receipt of the equipment i returned. If the email he said he will send this afternoon confirms the accuracy of items returned, then i will modify this review. He never asked for my name, acct # or numbers from equipment, so how is he going to correctly email me? he walked away from me, refused to answer additional questions, and asked for the next person (7 others) in line.*as of 8:50 pm Sat 12/16 (almost an hour after close), i still have not received the email from Xfin confirming the items i returned to them)

THEY STOLE MY PHONE AND TRIED TO SAY I WAS LYING EVEN THOUGH XFINITY CAN SEE IT IN THEIR SYSTEM, HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS A 3RD PARTY. BECAUSE OF THIS I LOST MY LICENSE BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE ON THE PHONE THEY TOOK AS TRADE AND NEVER SENT IT IN CALLING ME A LIAR! XFINITY AND THEIR AFFILIATES DO MOT CARE FOR their customers

2 people at terminals,7 customers waiting to be waited on. I was the first in line and waited a half hour to be waited on. Then one of the questions I asked I was told I would have to call customer service to get an answer. So why is this store even there if they can't answer questions?
