“Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!”

“Hi! I had a wonderful experience at your store. It serves women sizes 10-30 and has stylish selections. This was my first experience in Torrid. I felt crappy after the last store I was in so I was less than enthusiastic about trying clothes on. I found the dressing rooms with frames of beautiful full figured women with imperfections. I don’t know why but it was like oh yeah! None of us look like plastic or magazines and this will work. I found a cute pair of cropped denim that I can’t wait to wear! Your staff, Listed on my receipt as Umadai, was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! I know women in all sizes who could use frames of models who look normal and gorgeous in the dressing rooms to remind us we are still beautiful with real skin in all its aging, stretched and weights. “I always find what I need here, nice clearance section that is kept organized, nice sales and prices. Sometimes off from the online inventory but I understand that it can't be 100% due to returns and purchases coming and going at any time. The checkout lines can tend to get long but they are quick to call for backup... And the young faces running those registers give me faith that the future of humanity isn't as doomed as I once thought.. very kind, curious, and engaging!

“I love to shop there. If you have a little extra time you can find some GREAT deals! They close at 7 pm on weeknights so plan to get there early . The staff is very nice and usually knows their inventory and will help you find what you’re looking for if you ask them. I’ve never liked consignment stores before Clothes Mentor. Now I’m a big fan. You save a lot of money. Also really great for people whose weight fluctuates.”

“I love Kohl's. It's even better now that Sephora is in store. I complimented the woman in the "Try On" room area. Told her how much more well organized and tidy the area is. I wonder if they have added to staffing because the entire store was much more organized. Even the children's area which was previously "littered" by shoppers dropping off children's clothing probably because they changed their mind. Kudos to the Riverdale Kohl's. ?”
