“Bauer Built has been great to work with. I recently bought some aluminum wheels from them. I left on vacation and had my truck next door to them to get some mechanic work done. While I was gone, Bauer worked with them to get my truck after their work was done to install my wheels and have my truck done by the time I got back. A couple days after, one of the caps on my new wheels fell off and they replaced it immediately without question. No issues since. Today, I realized I had an inner flat on the rear and they got my truck in immediately upon arrival and I was able to work without much interruption. These guys are the best, hands down. Only place I will go for my wheel and tire needs.”
“I had a very slow tire leak. I stopped in without an appointment. They had people available and leak checked the tire, dismounted the tire from the rim, cleaned up the rim and remounted the tire. I was out the door in 15 minutes with no charge. It is so uplifting when a service exceeds expectations these days. Good going Discount Tire! I’ll be back.”
“I hadn’t been to ASI for quite some time. I was having some issues with misfiring and my van not starting. I put a new battery in this summer. When I started having starting issues, I even had the battery checked at the place I had purchased it and they said it was fine after Jay and his crew went through my van they came to the conclusion that my battery was bad, they put in a new battery and a spark, plug and coil and his crew were fabulous. “I went in today as a walk-in for a new set of tires for my Jeep. Terrence was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service itself was delivered on time, I didn't feel pressured on any upselling, and they had ample space to wait for my vehicle. Added bonus is it's walking distance to Target and Petco so you can get some errands done while you wait! Would definitely recommend this shop, it seemed like everyone there was working hard. And the cost of 4 new tires wasn't as bad as I'd been expecting.”
