Wells Fargo drive-thru is terrible! Only 2 teller servicing 3 lanes with very long lines of vehicles. Took me a good 30 minutes to deposit 2 checks. Looked inside the bank and no difference! Hire more people, and stop being on a budget!

I had an appointment at this bank only to wait for over 45 minutes without anyone caring why we were there for so long. Rather disappointed at the customer service. I have been with WF for over 10 years and today I start searching for other options..

My family sent a check to this branch a month ago and till this day they have not deposited the check to my account. Keep getting the run around that they will get it done

Would not recommend working here. I use to be a teller here and what they don’t tell you is, they’ll make you stand the ENTIRE day with absolutely no bathroom breaks. They believed that us sitting down made us look “lazy” or what they say is “it makes you look like you don’t want to work”. So there’s no teller chairs anywhere. You have no idea how much this had impacted my feet until this day which has been a year already, my feet are still so numb now. I understand that we had to wear proper professional shoes, but if you’re gonna make your employees stand the WHOLE day, let us sit. The only good thing about this place is how friendly/helpful the bankers are, it seems like they were the only ones willingly to help the tellers because we were always so short staffed in the back.

Had an interview for this location on the 16th of October. I was told I did good in the interview and that they would give me a call back to schedule a second interview with two other managers and they have yet to reach out. When on the website to try and maybe reapply but the job is no longer available. Been trying to call this location for 10 minutes to see what’s going on but no one has answered.

It's a big place , but like Walmart there's only 2-3 person helping people (not counting the tellers ) , sat here for half an hour and not one person came to greet us or the following 2 people after me . Nope going else where ! Was going to open 8 new accounts , but I guess they don't need my business .

Very few employees serving at checkouts and they make you wait longer than normal. If you come to this branch bring a lot of patience with you

Every time I have been to this location there has been extremely long waits to go to the teller’s desk and get some money out, and twice I have needed to talk to a banker and it has taken over 40 minutes to speak to someone without any or a few customers in front of me.
With there being so many, Wells Fargo‘s locations, you can find another one, and I would avoid this one.

Super slow service at 3pm on a Thursday. Only 2 tellers well actually 1-1/2. Took over 30min with just 5 ahead of me. Pathetic.

I had an appointment there today for 4:30pm. Got there at 4pm. Nobody said hi ? at all. Was there till time for my appointment still nobody came up to me. Everybody just walking around , nobody can say hi, how may we help you. I sat down there till 5 o’clock. Still nothing. I just had to make my appointment a different branch. I was very disappointing.

Don't go here. Take you're money elsewhere. They have unhappy, rude employees. When asked how to make a complaint for improvement they begin asking me questions at the teller window, with a whole line behind me. That's a whole different issue. I went to the drive up to get a cashiers check [I've done this before many times in my 12 years of banking with them] and Jill informs me that I have to go inside. Well no, I really don't. I say I've done it here before. She states I have to sign something.... no actually I don't, seeing as I went inside and another very helpful kind woman got me a cashiers check and I didn't sign anything OR show my Identification..... odd. I am dealing with far too much to be dealing with unhappy rude employees and when I am finishing moving in, I will be emptying my account and going elsewhere.
