  the people inside are pleasant, but you have to wait forever to get your card from the bank. guess what, a digital wallet isn't the same as have a physical card. why is it taking weeks? and no, i don't want to send an email all about it, just tell me where i can GO IN PERSON to pick up a card.

  Wells Fargo drive-thru is terrible! Only 2 teller servicing 3 lanes with very long lines of vehicles. Took me a good 30 minutes to deposit 2 checks. Looked inside the bank and no difference! Hire more people, and stop being on a budget!

  I had an appointment at this bank only to wait for over 45 minutes without anyone caring why we were there for so long. Rather disappointed at the customer service. I have been with WF for over 10 years and today I start searching for other options..
