I brought my 2023 Nissan in for an oil service n wheel balance n rotation but all they cares was trying offer me things I don't need like a brake flush. "Come on it's only 1 yr old n low miles". My tailgate light was moisten but it wasn't addressed. "Probably it's still under warranty"I feel like they trying suck my $$. Definitely not coming back.

This isn't so much a review as it is a "Shame on you!" for
grossly overpricing. I drove in today, just to look at a 1990 Miata with 141K miles (so not exactly low...or even low'ish...mileage). I thought to myself, "Well...this IS a dealership...so it's going to be overpriced. It's realistically worth $5K-$6K so maybe it'll be as high as $8K/$9K.". Nope...it was TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!!!! I really hope some chump...I mean some person...doesn't buy it for anywhere near that amount. I mean...I recently purchased a 2008 Miata (in utterly pristine condition) with 45K miles, supercharged and tuned with about $10K in quality add-ons, for $15K...so $12K for a 141K mile, stock 1990 Miata seems utterly absurd. How much do you think they gave for it, on trade? $4K? No wonder so many people hate going to dealerships. Update: they just replied to this review with some ridiculousness about KBB being in line with their $12K asking price. Nope. I just looked up KBB retail (for a 1992, because that was the oldest year cutoff) in "very good" condition and with 141K miles, and the average value is ~ $4200. Heck...a red 1990 Miata 5 speed with ~140K miles was just posted on FB Marketplace a couple of days ago, in mint condition, for $4K. $12K can even buy a 60K mile 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata!

I was happy with my 2022 Frontier SV truck….for about a week. Issues immediately started adding up.
Walser doesn’t seem to do complete or thorough inspections for CPOs nor care if their customers are immediately having issues. Beyond the initial issues (rotting cardboard between the cab and bed, rattling everything, loose seat belt inserts, ABS warning lights, ghost braking on highway) the entire rear differential needs to be replaced.
I am convinced they do not do proper inspections or they sell used vehicles knowing they have issues. I am willing to work with Walser, but so far they have not been receptive.
I am getting to the point where I feel swindled out of my money for a lemon. Very stressful and disappointing, I hope they make an attempt to correct this.

Bought my first new vehicle from the dealership and had nothing but a pleasant experience! Hunter was amazing, as well as their management and all other employees involved with the sale! There was ZERO pressure to spend extra money or upgrade to a more expensive vehicle! This location has always been amazing from their service department to the sales floor!

Best experience I've ever had!!!! I was super anxious about selling my old car and getting a new one, but all my worries left once I stepped inside! Jordan Jaeger was really great to work with and answered all of my questions in a very professional manor. Special shout out to Audrey and Dylan for setting up the appointment! Everyone I had encountered was great. From the initial email I received from Audrey to the manager Alex who remembered my name when I was walking out. I was truly wowed and I'll gladly go back to this place the rest of my life.

I have done business with this dealership several times in the past few years, so when they sent me a couple offers about trading my car in, I called them to get some additional details. They figured a few things out and the upgrade of the new vehicle I was looking at along with the numbers... it all worked out for me. I was invited in to work with a gal named Molly, but I couldn't get there in time, so she said I could ask for Rob. When I arrived, I met Rob and he introduced me to Sean Burkett. Right away, Sean and I had a good rapport. He answered all of my questions and made sure he offered a few different options of cars. He only offered the make and model of the one I told him I was interested in. When it was time to look at the cars and take them for a test drive, we walked outside and I immediately knew which one was for me. All that was left was to put my application in and upon approval, do the paperwork. Sean assured me that we would get this done and that I was leaving there with the new car that I wanted. We discussed the pros and cons of owning vs. leasing. I appreciated his honest thoughts and his real advice. I ended up buying the vehicle because I did not want to have an overage of miles if I had decided to lease instead. Sean and I made good small talk, which made the entire experience enjoyable. He got through everything fairly quickly, because I had to be gone from the dealership by a certain time. He explained everything to me and he outlined the time frames of the next payment, the oil changes that I should pay attention to and what they needed me to send in as far as documentation that I did not have with me at that time. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone. He is extremely down to earth and laid back, but he is serious about the business and he will take things as quickly or as slowly as you'd like him to. He explains everything to you in words and terms that are easy to understand. Because of that, nothing was left in confusion. I am thrilled with my beautiful new car and I am grateful that Sean and his team could make this happen for me!
