The pharmacy was rude to me. I asked for a medicine that I could not locate and she said it is in that aisle. I mentioned to her I know it is supposed to be in this aisle and I was not able to locate. I had to tell her twice. I also asked if she could help me locate the Walgreens version. She said well there are other customers behind you so I can’t help you. She said go to the front of the store and they can help you! Are you serious!!!! She was not willing to provide customer service from the pharmacy as it was medicine requested. She then told me to go to the front of the store where that cashier is cashing out customers for the rest of the store. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! She should not be in the customer business. This was 11/4/22 at around 4:45pm. Brown hair , young individual . I went to CVS just down the road and they were happy to help. Walgreens lost money because of their unprofessionalism. Wow!!! I have no problem going to another store. Horrible and I was upset.

I have had an unpleasant time coming here the last 2 years for medications. I usually don’t care if it take a while to get ready cause no one wants to work but at least treat your customers with respect! 6 times if gotten yelled at for simply trying to get my medication that so call “got lost in the system” and when I go to get refunds they take 12-20 weeks? So tired of Walgreens hiring people who don’t wanna work it puts a bad name on the somewhat great company!

I just spoke to Julia in the pharmacy. She was able to set up all 3 of my prescriptions to be filled at the same time, something I could NEVER accomplish at CVS or even other Walgreens. Thank you, my life just got a bit easier!

I usually get my prescriptions here with no problem. They have an app and it's pretty handy to get things filled using it. Pretty busy place but it's 24 hours so you can come whenever you have the time!

Tried to get a hold of the pharmacy to get information on prescriptions answered the phone and was hung up on tried for another hour and a half to get a hold of the pharmacy and finally took 2 minutes to get the information I need

I placed an order for pick up and it was ready quickly- in less than ten minutes. The store looked great and the lady working at the photo center was very friendly.

the pharmacy staff here are all very friendly and helpful. i like that they have a drive thru to pick up prescriptions, although the line is usually pretty long unless you go late at night. i got my covid vaccine here, it was a little dirty inside like it hasn’t been mopped or swept in a while.

Been coming here for years. Lots of sales, discounts, and BOGO's. Plus, the Rewards program can build up very quickly if you shop wisely. Great deals on laundry supplies and EXCELLENT prices on a variety of nuts and snacks. Do a lot of Christmas shopping here to fill stockings with free gifts! Extremely friendly and helpful staff too!

Worst pharmacy service ever. Pharmacist too busy answering phones to give me recommendations and tell me where it is (everytime you go there, the store is completely switched around) so I figured I'd just skip it and pick up a prescription I desperately need. Every single computer crashed while I was second in line. Pharmacist still couldn't be bothered. So now the line had about 6 people waiting and I decided I rather not pick up my medication then deal with their head ache. You should not have a pharmacy

Fantastic crew, there was a medical emergency with a customer and they were attentive and acted with integrity as a team getting an ambulance and making sure the person was secluded and comfortable, as soon as it was in hand they went back to their responsibilities. Props to you guys! Great work!
