Went here to send to the package to my Canadian friend, it had a phone and a few other things in it. The worker that I was working with did not seem to know what they were doing at all, which is fine if they were new, but the person that they were asking questions to didn't seem like they knew the answer is either. Not only did it cost me an upwards of $70 to ship out, The tracking number didn't work. Once it arrive to the destination it was supposed to they told her that She owes them $126 Canadian dollars, which I wasn't warned about, and which she couldn't pay. I knew about this right away but it took them almost 2 weeks for an update on that. I ended up getting a call and paying that for them. $200 into the package and it still hasn't arrived at the destination. It's been around a month now. Never going here again. Looked like a mess was a mess. Still is a mess. I want a refund.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Paid 275 dollars for Next Day Air on 7/15/24 at 8:34am. UPS is claiming bad weather in Rockford Illinois as to why my package has and still is sitting in Dallas Texas since 7/16/24 at 5:59 am. Tried calling this store and was told by a gruff gentleman, “we’re just the store, we’re not the brown trucks “. Sent me on a wild goose chase, now I’m basically helping them do their jobs. The level of indifference and incompetence is stymying. This store should consider becoming a FedEx site. They have absolutely no business being affiliated with United Parcel Service. Wow. What a bunch of crooks.

Don't believe you will get overnight with signature receipt. Package sent took 6 days for receipt confirmation by a phone call to recipient nothing still from ups! $61.20 for what???? I want a refund!

If you have a disability, this is NOT a disability-friendly workplace as I was informed for my fiancé who has a cognitive disability, not a physical disability. He was terminated after 4-days and worked for 5 hours for all those shifts. I do not recommend this place of work. Very saddening that they don't give second chances to people with a cognitive disability and have tried very hard to understand their jobs.

I have never once had an issue with shipping through UPS. The representatives are always very pleasant and helpful as well.

Change the online hours to 8 AM if that’s when you open I planned my entire morning, according to the online hours of them opening at 9 AM supposedly yet they were open at eight . when I got there i also saw the sign on the window said 8 as well. Also, the man working behind the counter was extremely patronizing. I simply asked for him to scan and give me a receipt of tracking, and he had to make some condescending comment about it..

They’re have one of the rudest group of people there and they always look like they don’t want to be there. They charge over a 1$ for a piece of tape that’s ridiculous.
