They shut Ulta down for remodeling. My daughter and I were excited to check it out once they reopened. Let's just say, it's not an improvement. Aisles are way to close together, not "mother friendly." If you need to push a baby in a stroller. It looks like a clustered mess. I liked it better before. It was accessible. We both walked out. And having a big beauty bar in the back is a waste of space. Who actually uses that? The store gives me anxiety now.

Yesterday I bought this package and it went wrong.
It came with two conditioners and it didn't have the shampoo.
It 's a bad thing that the people in the store don 't check the products and sell them like that .
The proof that they sold it to me is in the first picture that I took in the store before I paid for it .
It was also my mistake not to review .
I'll let you know so that it doesn't happen to you and the store pays more attention to this.

I Love shopping here and I believe it Loves me back! With the way I spend money in that place, you can easily spend $100+ no problem but they have everything for beauty products.

Very expansive variety of skincare, hair, and makeup products. The store was a bit dirty when I walked in and could use a bit more cleaning.

The lady with the dark short hair by the urban decay eyebrow pens today was amazing. I started having an anxiety attack in the middle of her talking to me because it was really hot temperature wise lol &that triggers anxiety attacks for me and it's really embarrassing. She found the perfect shade for me which I've never been able to find til today, and she was so kind and understanding. Thank you so much for being kind ♡ good customer service is rare to see these days. ????

Beyond amazing! ASPEN, thank you. I've had the hardest of hard and I was really down --I am admitting this here so others know how awesome, kind, knowledgeable (she knows her makeup!!) helpful, autistic and an asset to that Ulta you truly are. Sometimes we hide how we are feeling/doing, and it's, well...I REALLY needed a little kindness, a pep talk...I needed to know to contour! LOL I had questions-ASPEN had answers AND...she color matched (and corrected) my proper foundation shade, introduced me to HIGHLIGHTER (and why we do it) and showed me a new way to do my eye makeup (that I would remember how to do of course!) She really...made my year...my last TWO years practically...AND in a time now where people aren't, well, very nice to each other anymore and customer service...what's that? LOL If you need to figure out how and have someone do your makeup...tips/tricks and an artist? Ask for ASPEN!!! Tip: call ahead OR go in before early after-work evening. Sp she's not too busy and can take her time with you. Like, 1-2-3pm latest to start in my opinion on a workday weekday. Anyhow, felt I had to write this because, I have had such a bum 2 years I haven't even had a haircut. And I have barely emerged from my room in all this time bsteling/struggling through the hardest phase of my life. I am climbing back up but you know what, Aspen didn't/doesn't (she will now) know that. What may seem small to someone else...? I needed her today. I needed to feel, like a woman and damnit maybe even s little pretty. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! Can the boss like, give her a gift card or buy her lunch (like a sit down lunch. like, Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo or ...hahahahah!) I will recommend this location and will go out of my way (well, until I move here a a week and a half, but when I am visiting....!) ...anyhow, I will/would go out of my way to go to this location. PLUS, HUGE HUGE selection and there's a salon. Didn't even know about the salon. I think I will ask about it...like I said, not even a haircut in 2 years. But I'm on the mend and I just. Sigh. Thank you for being there and making someone who needed a little kindness, tourtoral and makeup today.

Loved workers at this location. All so helpful and really nice. All the workers would jump just come try to help me with what I was looking for. Really loved the atmosphere and felt very comfortable like they were actually addressing my needs and mot trying to just have you buy whatever.
