Honestly just chose the first available stylist every time and didn't care what they did as long as they got it done. But this time I chose Morgan and had a specific cut in mind, and by God did she deliver.
Not only does she have a great personality, but when I told her what I wanted, she was quick to give me an idea and I tempered my expectations. She did her best and I love my new haircut. I hope she stays because she is awesome!

I’ve been going to sports clips for a few years now and have had 4 stylists I’ve gone to. Morgan is by far the best that I have had cut my hair. She’s great at her job and is the only person I’ve found in years to cut my hair right. She’s very kind, has a wonderful and bright personality, she’s fun to talk to, and super helpful when it comes to any questions I might have. Ive been going to her for about 2 years now and have followed her from different locations. I will drive a hour just to get my haircut by her and I will continue to go to her and only her.

The place I usually get my haircut was closed, so I decided to check out Sports Clips. Was not sure what to expect cause I have some what longer hair in the back. First I downloaded the Sports Clips app and set up my profile, then checked in, it was a fairly easy process.Once I arrived Morgan took good care of me, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted and was very personable, I could tell she was focused on giving me the haircut I wanted. I think I may have found a new place and stylist to cut my hair.

I’ve taken my son to a few different Sports Clips in the area. The downside is normally figuring out the timing well so we aren’t sitting in the lobby for long. Today when I checked this location had the shortest wait (25 minutes) with a stylist, not the “first available” option. So I chose her and we got there 20 minutes after I got in line in the online check in. When we got there it said 25 minute wait… which I thought was strange since that’s what it said when I checked in online 20 minutes previous.We sat there and all of the “first available” people were taken back, obviously because they didn’t pick anyone specific and the other stylists were done… one of them saw 2 people in the amount of time we were sitting there. I ended up just leaving because the time listed for my son was still 10 minutes and we had been there for 25.So maybe just only choose first available? Or just expect to wait awhile.
