Just bought a bed here and we are incredibly excited. Sam helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made us feel valued and took on all our questions with ease. Sam made the whole mattress shopping super easy and we left knowing we made the right decision. Thank you so much!

I went to this store more out of need for information than to purchase. While working with Michele, She helped me realize just how old my current sleep number bed is...23 almost 24 years old. It was time for a change. After feeling the different beds and discussing options, I decided to purchase a new bed. I was very impressed with all the new technology. My new bed arrives tomorrow 3/28/2023. I can't wait for my first night of sleep in my new bed!

I initially gave this a 5 star review in which I meant at the time... I edited this because the bed I spent over $2,000 did not suit me well... it reminds me of a jail mattress that sinks in making you think it's doing something to help you... I've woken up in more pain in the last 30 days consistently than I can remember sleeping anywhere... this is a good bed but I would not suggest getting anything under the C-5 360 smart bed... it is a good product but I would not buy anything under C5... especially if you work construction!

The free 100 night trial is a lie! They delivered an inferior mattress that did not meet the specifications on their website. It uncomfortable and it didn't fit the frame. Then they wanted me to wait four weeks to exchange, that is just crazy. So I returned the mattress and they are expecting me to pay for both delivery and pickup of the inferior quality mattress. So the scam is they get money from you weather you like it or not. Don't buy anything from these thieves!

I'm very unhappy! I bought a bed in January and its being delived right now. Before I purchased the bed I asked our sales person Maria S. if it would work with my current head board and base board. I was asked if I had drawers in the unit, I do not. I was told the sleep number bed I was interesed in would work with the bed frame I had since the instalation team would build the new bed to fit into my current frame. Well, as you can guess it does not! If I was given specs for what would fit I would have had the side rails cut before delivery to insure it fit. So now my bed will only partially be instaled today leaving me to have my frame cut down. Please provide specs to people! This is an easy fix!!!! When I called the store (11100-Coon Rapids, MN) that I purchased the bed at I was told to call customer service and the man I talked to Jeff told me "sweetnees goes along way when talking to customer service" Like I have no right at all to be upset about my instalation when I just spent 10K on a bed. I tred to call customer service and was on hold for 17 minutes before hanging up, I'll try again later. The install people told me they run into this issue when delivering all the time, "sales people just want to make a sale". I was treated horribly today! BUYER BEWARE!
