I have been an unlimited wash member for two vehicles since wash opened. The wash did an incredible job starting out, seemed to start missing and more on the front and rear and wheels since mid summer 2023. I wash 5-8 times per month and like a clean vehicle. The wash brush to front and rear when entering wash helped but has been replaced by wash gun which does not clean , both vehicles reared do not even look like they are getting washed. I know they are trying to resolve. Not sure if I will keep my membership.

FIRST TIME HERE and likely LAST TIMERude girl 2 pm car wash. Our family was disappointed. Probably if she stops drinking redbull while talking to her friend and trying to ask me a question -Took $19, did $9 worth of work - l might have as well washed better. NOT recommending to anyone and DEFINITELY not monthly.

Took two separate vehicles to this car wash 4 times, and the same problems came up with the back of the SUVs not coming out clean. They need to add in a prestart wash feature with employee assistance or add in the backend brushes to do the cleaning. In the meantime, I have to clean the back of my two SUVs manually. Just being honest.

Shine Carwash exceeded expectations with their meticulous attention to detail. The staff was efficient, and my car emerged spotless. Ain’t mad at it! Get that monthly for winter. Necessary

good concept. the place is clean and laid out nice, problem is the universal settings on the spining cleaning brushes are too rough and possibly too close. constant wacking my side mirrors forward, backwards, forward. every other time bending the sides of my front plate so it looks like a U. last couple times it put scratchs on my door and tailgate. not sure if their system adjusts using laser eyes like some other places.

yes i used coon rapiss shinecar wash and it was the best one around, after the was compled it looked like new again it cleaned all bug off the windows from front and windshield it came out very clean i was so pleased.................bob p

My second time here, first time wasn't great but thought I'd give them another chance. I was once again severely disappointed. I paid $23 for their "best" wash and my vehicle wasn't properly cleaned once again. I could understand if it was caked on mud or something of that ilk, but this is stiff I can wipe off with my finger. I will not be back, and I strongly urge others to think twice about frequenting this establishment. I think the holiday across the street could do a better job.

Very clean, professional, and helpful staff with affordable prices, and it works! My car is now nice and shiny! It seems worth a monthly membership if you can get here a couple times a month.
