RJ, Jose B., and Allen did a wonderful and thorough job getting our basement cleaned up after it flooded. They were great about asking questions to make sure they were getting everything we needed and also worked very quickly while ensuring high quality work.

I would like to thank Colton, Wazzy and Doc for the remediation work they did. Having water flood your kitchen hardwood floors and go through to your finished basement is a nerve wracking experience. From the start of the process they explained what they would be doing and kept us informed as they did their work. Their communication to us was excellent. If I had a question I got a quick and complete response. While having this happen is not a good experience working with these young men was positive. I’m retired now but previously managed a department with a staff of over 100. I did enjoy watching these three young men worked well together. Their communication skills were excellent, their team communication also appeared excellent and they were friendly. I would recommend this team to anyone needing this service. I hope your restoration service is as good.

ServPro was so responsive when I called them out. We had an unexpected storm during a construction project, and they were on-site the very next morning to help manage the water intrusion. Not only were they thorough, their calm and professional manner was so reassuring to my clients.

I give ServPro of Minnetonka high ratings in some areas and low ratings in others. They were very fast and efficient in the entire deconstruction of our flooded laundry room and lower level damage. We then hired them to reconstruct all the damage. This is where we had a lot of problems.First, they communicated poorly with me. Sometimes I waited weeks before hearing from them. It was never clear to me who was in charge of this project— I think 3-4 people may have been overseeing the project, but I never really knew whom to call. Sometimes I was called and told that someone would be coming the very next day or after the weekend. I wasn’t consulted whether that was convenient. When work was finally done, some had to be redone because someone had measured incorrectly.The quality of the final product was mostly very good. Our wood floors look great, the repainting and carpet look as good as new. Our laundry room cabinets are fine. I don’t like one section of the cabinets but I don’t want to make an issue of it. Too much hassle. The new carpet in the lower level looks great.Over all, the project took 7 months. It should have been 3 months tops. This was not due to supply chain issues. It seemed to be from not having one person be in charge and working with me to get the job done efficiently.Given the chance I would not hire ServPro of Minnetonka again for reconstruction. I definitely would hire them for damage mitigation and deconstruction.Services: Water removal

Gave us a quote, insurance didn’t approve. Nice people, would have gone with them if it would have worked out. This was 2 years ago.

Called to for service, left 2 messages and never got a response. Emailed twice as well.I used Lindstrom Restoration instead - Lindstrom was immediately responsive and came out the next day. DO NOT use ServPro - Lindstrom is better and local - not a national franchise.

We had to use SERVPRO when our kitchen drain rotted out and flooded our library room in our basement. They came in a bagged everything to avoid making a mess throughout the entire house and removed everything that was damaged and made their assessment of what needed to be repaired and or replaced. Working with them and our insurance company was effortless.Services: Flood restoration

Excellent service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Called to say coming and showed up when they said they would. Not sure how else I would have gotten things cleaned up and so fast.
