Stopped in to look at fridges as ours is just about to go. Stevie was attentive to all customers in the store and even though she seemed pretty busy, she still took the time to listen to our specific needs and give us some great recommendations! I didn't have everything I needed with me to finish applying for financing but I will be back for the fridge and their protection which looks absolutely amazing!

I bought a stove online. When I went to pickup the new manager there was so very helpful. She was so knowledgeable and patient while I made up my mind about getting the same one or a different one since the online info didn't quite match the product. I still left very happy. I would buy again from them in the future.

Stevie and Eric are amazing!
First of all the customer service was beyond greatness. So, called ahead to advise of my arrival for pickup of a washer purchased online earlier in the day. Stevie, the manager, explained there was a system issue and what I purchased didn't exist. I was a little po'd as this wasn't for myself but my parents. After a brief hold Stevie let me know she could offer me an upgraded machine at no additional price. She knew I was en route and didn't want to have me driving for nothing.
The next blessing came when Eric, the muscle, helped me partially unload and reload my truck, to fit the washer! I mean he could've left me where I was but didn't.
I would hands down recommend this store to anyone! I dealt with real people with real people skills! Thanks to you both again, Stevie and Eric!

I was in the store two weeks ago looking at the mattresses, debating memory foam or spring! I bought my first memory foam mattress today. Both times I went in all my questions were answered with experience, no hmmm I have to think about it responses. I had a great experience and look forward to sleeping in my new bed.
