Fantastic experience all around! Wonderful recommendations from Margot that helped us plan an unforgettable honeymoon in Belize. communication was on point throughout the whole process and there was never a time we felt unsure or confused about what was happening or when. Kristin Bender was amazing to deal with regarding the recent IT global issue. She answered our emails on a Sunday when our flight was cancelled and tried all she could to reschedule our family vacation. When that was not possible she assisted getting us a refund for our trip thankfully and will be our first call when we are able to rebook our vacation and as well for future trips! I recommend Kristen at Riverside travel for all of your needs!

I am a VERY infrequent traveler. My last flight was ten years ago. Dele is my person, and she treats me as though I’ve booked a ton of trips with her! I am so unknowledgeable about these things, and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t be more pleased. I have referred friends to Riverdale Travel. You guys are the BEST! Amy Bakko at Riverdale was fantastic! She helped us with a trip to Hawaii and nailed it. The resorts, flights and excursion recommendations couldn’t have been better. We will definitely go to Amy and Riverdale again!

Decided to try a travel agent to plan our destination wedding. Met with Marlene and gave an idea what we were looking for, and got 5 recommendations for resorts to look into - every one a Sandals property. Went home and watched some reviews and all of them were the opposite of what we had asked for. Maybe Sandals has the best commission.
We found our own resort and asked her to book it. After a month of no updates beyond "working on it", we gave up and did it ourselves and it only took a couple of phone calls.
We may try another agency in the future, but all this did was delay our wedding to next season.

She was very communicative and responsive to any and all questions I had and we ended up having the dream vacation we had hoped for!
