I have been with Pinnacle for a year now and my parents have been with them for many years. We have always felt that we are covered 100% with Pinnacle. Jay and Lea has been absolutely wonderful in helping answer any questions that i have. Policy activations and cancelations are super easy. And the policy itself is far cheaper as i am able to make a one-time payment. Bundling home and auto also saves us a ton of money! Overall 10/10.

Lea at Pinnacle updated my auto coverage and sent new documents much sooner than expected. It's so much better dealing with people than 'bots! Service matters and Pinnacle, with people like Lea, has been great.

Call and ask for Kayleen. As a prior insurance agent myself, this is the type of service you expect employees to give to customers. Polite and friendly staff all around. Kayleen was quick to resolve a billing issue we had, very responsive and knowledgeable, and left no question unanswered. Another great thing I enjoyed was Kayleen showed me all the quotes from the carriers so I knew I was getting the best deal. Keep up the great work!
