“This place is simply amazing! The staff were friendly. The tubs were clean and large. This made giving my very hairy pooch a breeze! Not having to bend over to bathe my dog is wonderful...my back isn't broken. The water pressure is good and you control the temperature. There is no time limit, which is also awesome! I was able to wash my dog with the soap provided and then wash her again with prescription shampoo that helps soothe her itchy skin. Then the blow dryer at the end actually has so much power that it was blowing the water off of my dogs hair! To top everything off, the staff cleans up the tub for you! I will definitely be recommending Pet Evolution to my friends and clients at my job (I'm a veterinary technician)! What a nice business!!!”

As others have stated, there are no refunds but I was told that they quarantine all of their fish before they are available for purchase. All four of mine look healthy after a month in the aquarium. “Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”
“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”

“I always love Petco. Especially the Blaine location. It always has a great options or the options I need. It's hard to find the Purina Pro Plan dog food we need but it always seems to be ready and in stock at the Blaine store. If the instance that it is out of stock, it's usually restocked within the next day.
I love the treat bar. The dry treats they have at the bar have never caused GI upset in my dogs and they love them. Making it a great option for treat rewards when training.
The place is organized and clean as well. The associates are friendly yet attentive. If I am bringing a puppy for general socializing, they are great as respecting space, but also helpful with interactions. I also noticed the animals that are for adoption are well cared for and their habitats are clean and full of enrichment. Something that I feel is important to see in a pet store!”

“Excellent service today from Brandon. I went in to get treats for my chinchilla and decided to look for a new wheel. I asked for assistance and we were unable to find what I needed. He did however go out of his way to help me find other stores that had what I was looking for so I could avoid using Amazon. Because of his help, my little furry friend now has a much quieter, sturdy wheel that's a proper size.”

“Amazing store and staff, always very kind and helpful.Huge and special shout out to Mysterie and bear!! Amazing training, demonstration, and does amazing with the pups. She connects to each one, and caters to all their personalities to enhance the dogs experience and learning. She goes above and beyond and will help you incorporate your signals and commands into the necessary skills to learn. Did a second class and considering participating in more due to Mysterie. Always the best to walk in the store and have her yell and greet our pup like we still see her each week for class.”
