  The quality of service at this dealership has tanked. Just took our Expedition in for a recall repair. They didn't have the part even though the appointment was scheduled nearly 2 months ago. No courtesy call to cancel appointment. Amazingly, the people next to us were experiencing a similar problem.

  They'll TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING AND WASTE YOUR TIME FOR FREE.Do yourself a favor and do not bring your business to North Country Ford.I was told it would be about 2 hours for my transmission flush (a $220 job). After 2 hours and 15 minutes they came out and I thought, "Cool, it's done... " BUT NO, they were coming out to tell me that they couldn't do it because their machine was missing an adapter. Apparently the Technician let my van sit there and didn't tell anybody. At the time they seem to be understanding and sympathetic to my situation. I am a Courier and this is my work vehicle. I had scheduled this appointment and missed out on work that day for this appointment. I would typically have earned about $300, but now I'll have to do it again. I was to be contacted with info as to when the adapter would come in and they would discuss compensation for my troubles. I ended up having to call them, but there was no manager available so I had to leave a message. 2 Days later I got a phone call from Richard. He acted oblivious to the situation, so I explained it to him. He told me the adapter would come in next week, so I set an appointment for the following Saturday. But then I asked about my compensation and he wasn't willing to do anything at first. In fact he offered no apologies, no consideration or understanding, certainly not interested in creating a loyal customer.When I mentioned the income I'm missing out on for these appointments he said, "Well, I don't pay your wages." I said, "But it is your fault that I'm not going to be earning them AGAIN!!!" Eventually he finally said he'd give me $30 off. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. I drive over 1500 miles a week. That's a lot of maintenance, repairs and parts, and next year I plan to buy a new van. But I guarantee I will not be using North Country Ford for any of this. They had a chance to correct a wrong, a chance to earn a loyal customer, but they really blew it!! It's clear that's not what they're all about.And you should take your business elsewhere also!

  This is not a place to go too. I personally spent 70000 on a truck here. They treat me as though I didn't buy my truck from here. Takes service 4 days to call back when you have an issue with your vehicle and even then you have to wait 2 weeks before you can get your vehicle in for service. The only plus side to this place is the accessories ladies kick ass! They both are so nice and help you if something didn't go right. Otherwise, I'd stay away from this place period. They don't treat you like you, the consumer, deserves. Oh yeah, I'm writing this review while I'm getting my "free" one time oil change. It's going to cost me more though because I want full synthetic oil. No biggie but 2 hours into waiting on a basic oil change and tire rotation when it was suppose to be 1 hour 15 min wait as I was told. This place is an utter joke honestly.
