I had an estimate done in November 2023 for body damage. I brought my car to be fixed in January 2024. Somewhere in between there, ownership changed. Which would’ve been helpful to know BEFORE I trusted them to do the work. I had to bring my car back twice because the paint job was not done properly. They also damaged my fender. They replaced it “at no cost to me” since their employee was the one who damaged it. When I returned with my car for the third time, with an estimate from another body shop stating all the things wrong with the paint job- they offered me a refund, less the “free” fender. I wasn’t even there for the fender initially, it was for a dent in the bumper. I also have a piece loose around my windshield now from the front fender being put on (probably wrong) we’ll find out when the real body shop fixes my car in April. If you’re looking for quality, professional work- this is not the place. How can you call yourself a collision shop, but can’t paint?

Exceptional quality of work, outstanding customer service.I brought my truck to get some body work done after somebody had backed into my rear passenger door. my mother had previously gotten some body work and paint done on her Tahoe by Niels autobody and I thought it looked great and she said they also gave her a pretty solid deal so I decided to use them. They were really easy to work with and got me on their schedule in a very timely manner, after picking up my truck from them the first time I thought it was basically perfect but after driving it for about a week in different lightings I noticed the paint was maybe a bit off (it’s a pearl white Denali, VERY hard color to match) so I decided to stop by and ask if there was anything to say could do. They were extremely respectful and quick to offer to correct it for me to the best of their abilities, free of charge. I got it back the second time and it exceeds any expectations I’ve ever had from a body shop. It looks perfect. loyal people that look out for the quality of work they’re providing their customers, I encourage anyone who’s considering using them to go support this small family owned business!

Sudden ownership change in Dec '23 without notifying me. I already had an estimate written. The estimate changed drastically which was "ok", more work needed to be done. The body work itself was very good. But they did not do good prep on my vehicle and I've confirmed with another body shop that I have overspray (probably clear coat) on all four door's windows and the rear hatch window. Only the windshield was unaffected. It's a foggy film that WILL NOT come off even with pure vinegar. These windows were crystal clear when I brought the car in...plain and simple. I'm sure they thought they had the car masked off well enough, but it wasn't. When I called Gary/shop manager about this he said he'd "never heard of it". Yet, I found this problem all over the internet from body shops doing insufficient prep work. Gary can be quite defensive and likes to argue. I can deal, but customer service could definitely be taken up a few notches. Anyway - they offered to "look at it" for me, but I declined. I don't want to be without my car again, only to find out they didn't solve the problem to my liking. So I'm taking some recommendations from another shop on how to get rid of the film. You left me with a lot of work Neil's! This stuff doesn't come off easy. Pictures don't convey the issue so I'm not bothering with that.

Very very caring and honest car care! I'd love to share a little bit of my story..As a single mom I dont know what I would have done without him!I was driving down the highway with my spare tire on the back of my car already and I felt the car start to shake. I pulled over, and sure enough the spare had a bulge in it! If I drove any further it would have blew on the highway for sure! So I called neils, after hours already, luckily they had an extra tire laying around and they were willing to put it on for me so I could get home! Thank you so much! You are a phenomenal human being! ❤️

Terrible service. They created more issue on my car in the process of fixing the broken parts. They used all kind of tricks to excused themselves from fixing the issues they caused. One of the trick is delaying as long as it takes. After 6 months of time waiting war with them, I decided to pay out of my own pocket to fix the issue instead of wasting time on them. Don't recommend anyone to use them.

Our family has brought our cars here a few times. They always do an excellent job. They have fought with the insurance company that we filed a claim with to make sure that we received what we needed in order to fix our vehicle properly. They’re always friendly, no matter how busy they are, and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting

My car was hit from company vehicle. I took my car to Neil’s to get an estimate and hoping to get it fixed. I got my estimate done and sent it to the company so they could pay out of pocket for it. We moved forward in getting the car repaired. It is now Jan 2023 and my vehicle has been in the shop since October 2022. Apparently there were parts that were missing and needed and waiting on. Then they told me it would be finish this day and that day and they would update me. I would email Steve and at first he was prompt to respond but as time went no response. He would say he’ll call and update me and I would not hear back from him till I had to reach out. I would definitely NOT recommend this place at all and I regret my decision completely taking it here. Other places I have asked for opinions said they could have gotten it done within a few weeks but it was already too late for me to take it elsewhere as my car was already stripped and waiting for parts. Apparently Steve has had family issues going on from what another person in the shop explained and that’s why it’s taking so long, but okay? What does that have to do with my car? Very unprofessional! It had been in there for 3 months and the company that hit my car is paying for my rental and it’s a hassle to keep calling them to send me a check just so I can get additional payment on the rental longer. Sometimes I would go couple days without a car and need to ask friends and family for a ride because I’m still waiting on the check for my rental. I’m so upset. I hope when I get my car back there is nothing wrong with it cause I do not want to deal with this repair shop. It was like they did not care about my vehicle or myself as a customer whatsoever. If I could give them a ZERO star I would. They don’t live up to their standards. I will update once I get my vehicle back to see if everything was fixed and look’s correct. They said soonest this Thursday and it’s Monday right now but then again that’s what they said last week!
