We stopped at the Target Coon Rapids store and met Jack who walked us through how to select the best new phone for our needs. He didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it on-line and then he invited us back to help us get them connected and get our old phone data and apps transferred to the new phones. We took him up on his offer. Jack is a fountain of knowledge about cell phones and he got us up and running very quickly. We are Consumer Cellular customers, but I would recommend him for any phone company. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for us both. Definitely a 5 star experience.”
