They even repalletized and wrapped the product better than how it was delivered to them. Vino was a gem and watched the shipment closely all the way through delivery at final destination in Thailand. Communication and action was top-notch. I appreciate all of their help and will gladly use their services again to ensure smooth shipping.”

“This location overall is as great as any UPS store it is clean and the services you expect. I laughed after visiting for myself because my wife had described her customer service experience from a few visits. I'd imagine the staff who are not using the normal retail etiquette with atleast some kind of greeting and thanking after transaction (its total silence if there is nothing to relay and kind of awkward) they could be fed up with endless amazon returns however should still work on some mannerisms to best represent UPS Store inc and the franchise owners of this location.”
