I bring my vehicle for regular comprehensive service through the Quick Lane station and I can expect that everything will be looked at on their comprehensive service list. I don't have to worry about fluid levels or tire pressure being overlooked. Further, they let me know in advance which service issues may need to be addressed in the future so I don't get blindsided by a possible roadside breakdown. Also special props to Quick Lane Advisor Cody Brodeen for assisting me in resetting my control panel clock and date setting. He let me see how it was done so I can do it myself from now on. That left me feeling good and a bit empowered in operating and caring for my vehicle.....^^.....

Always a good experience. Everyone so nice. Great place to read my book and have that great mocha coffee!!!! I never mind waiting while service is being done. Nice atmosphere. Very trustworthy in respect to what is or is not needed to be done.

Mya was great to work with. I was looking for certain features on an Edge, and she found one on the lot. Adam in financing was thorough and very easy to understand in filling out the paperwork.

Dee our salesman, was extremely helpful, in the purchase of our F 150. Helped setup ford pass app., explaining features on the truck. Financing department was great & helped us decide what extended warranty to take out. Thank you all.

I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion to North Country Ford for a recall. First time here as I moved to northern suburbs from south suburbs. The experience was fine and the service was done while I waited. My previous experience with Ford service was from a south of the river dealership which I have always used since buying the car and North Country was comparable. My only complaint was that the intake when arriving was a bit confusing. Had to track down someone to tell me how to check in as no one greeted me.

Jake was an excellent salesman. Though new to the industry he displayed a work ethic that you don't see even in some veteran sales people. Next time I need a car I'll be calling Jake.

North Country Ford is the only place anyone should buy a car. The staff goes above and beyond to make the car buying experience comfortable. The salesman Dee treats you like family. I had my car serviced recently at North Country Ford. The customer service is outstanding. Brent in the service department went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my car.Took my car to North Country Ford for a 6 month check up. Ryan the service advisor was great ? to work with. North Country Ford sends you a video of the work being done on the car. That is so cool. North country Ford is my only choice for having my car serviced, including oil changes. Now days there are lots of places to have your car serviced, North country Ford treats everyone with respect, work is done correctly.I highly recommend having your car serviced at North country Ford. Each time I return for service, I just get blown away by the customer service that is demonstrated. Every service advisor has treated me with the upmost respect. Traded in my car recently, bought a different one. Wally in sales was very informative. He showed me all the different things about the car I was purchasing. I highly recommend buying and servicing your car at North Country Ford.

Went in for rear camera not working. It was replaced less than a year ago. Has appt at 12:30 for service but was told I was scheduled for quicklane. They had no idea how long it would take. I waited 2 and a half hours for them to tell me the camera was bad again. No cost, and ready in 30 minutes. One hour later the guy calls me to tell me there's more. Wiring harness is bad now. Shouldn't that have been found during the original diagnosis? Or are we just changing parts. Not happy. Won't use North country Ford service again.

I worked with Shannon who received my vehicle for service and shared insightful information regarding my weatherstripping for my rear driver door. I also worked with Kyler Condon on multiple items including the purchase and installation of Weathertech products. They were both extremely helpful.
