I came in to get more information about the membership and I was told one price then another and when I asked a question it was like I was an inconvenience to the guy. I think his name was may at the front desk very rude. I asked for a tour and said um I don’t have time for that I’m looking at him like I’m trying to become a member and the cost a month is not cheap and yet he was rude I didn’t even want to look at the direction he was pointing telling me to basically figure it out. Absolutely not.

This place is being ran like garbage especially at night, the night staff is extremely rude to people leaving at night because God forbid they stay an extra 5-10 minutes, which should be a given for any job like this. You charge a ridiculous amount you should be 24 hours and everybody who goes here knows it. Do better.

Very unprofessional worker. The big one with blonde hair threatened my friend when he was asking about guest policies. He said he would explain it “not so nicely”. Definitely won’t be back to this lifetime. Recommend the Fridley local

Worst customer service and hidden rules definitely would not recommend having a conversation with the workers.

Lifetime fitness has started discriminating against the elderly. People who are in the silver sneakers program can now come in from 9:30 to 3:30 that is absolute discrimination and should be illegal. You and tell a kid on free and reduced lunch that they had to eat outside or outside of the cafeteria because they got free lunch. It doesn't matter who's paying the membership they have a membership!!! Those on medicare should be able to go in at any time just like the rest of the paying members!!!

As of January 1st retired individual are not allowed at Lifetime except for the hours between 9:30-3:00. Even if there's an Aurora class (age relayed- for us old people), you still can't go to it. I find this to be very age discriminatory!!! I do not get in the way of anyone while I'm there. Also I'm in better shape than most of the young that go there. I have always gone to classes and now I'm notable to go to most. I find this very discerning to say the least. Lifetime need to go back to the way it was. Quit discriminating toward older individuals. One day you'll be this age also. Good luck to you.

My boyfriend, his friend and I went in on Saturday around 2-3pm to use the hot tub and the gym for basketball. We don’t have a membership and had to get a day pass, which is $30 per person, but we said it was fine. The front desk guy with kind of long dark hair proceeds to give us attitude about it and very condescending about the purchase we were making with our money. He says “Are you sure?” We all say “Yes, we are fine with paying.” He then says “There’s lions park down the street if you really want to play basketball that bad.” We then just get fed up with his attitude and told him to stop trying to talk us out of it and that we just wanted to get in. He then kept saying how hard his job is at the front desk is when I work at planet fitness and do front desk while cleaning the whole gym. Loved how clean it was and that there was the pool and hot tub, but no massage chairs. The attitude made it atrocious. They need to train people on customer service or they shouldn’t work a customer service job at ALL.

Been going here for a year, lately the management has been getting progressively worse. Employees are always chatting and laughing loudly at the front desk. Sometimes I feel like I’m impeding on their conversations. Machines are poorly maintained and creak or shake in the middle of a rep. Metal bar attachments have very clearly not been deep cleaned in a long while. Some even smell sour even when you hold it arm-length away. I don’t think the carpet has ever seen soap in years; stains everywhere. Barely any services available. Not worth the price increases and this location is a stain on LifeTime fitness’s corporation. Bathrooms are clean, I will give them that.

Equipment is in good condition, lots of space. They don’t do a good job cleaning though. I just started coming back to lifetime, I’m not sure if they clean the men’s locker room? It’s been 3 weeks and the same stains are on every toilet. I can almost guarantee this area is not cleaned.
