Hours state they are open 10-2 on Saturday’s. Called and called and called and called and called. No one answered. Drove all the way there. Closed. Awful business practice when they are supposed to provide medical supplies. State should shut them down.

I was made to pay for my CPAP supplies at the time of pickup rather than after the insurance processed as most reputable suppliers do. I was told the price of the equipment and paid for it after double-checking that that was the total amount. I was assured that that would be the total cost. A month later after they found out my insurance allowed for more money they sent me another bill! Very shady operation please avoid at all costs!

The lady who was working on Saturday, was very friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable gave me a lot of Cpap mask tips and tricks. Very pleased with my experience with Liberty

I was assisted by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who handled my insurance (the crap that I have) promptly and courteously. They knew exactly what product my dr prescribed, described how to use it ( it was just thigh high compression stockings), and were very nice. The employee knew to measure each of my legs and produced just what I needed. I even got to pick between black and nude The stockings fit perfect. My experience was great.

Called looking to see if they sell spirometers. A pretty basic thing. Not only do they not sell them, but the girl who answered the phone didn't even know what they were. I can understand not selling them, but somebody at a medical supply store should know something that basic

employees are very well informed of products they sell. Liberty Oxygen has a check up Clinic 2 times year. I go and have my C-Pap checked out and get supplies. Liberty Oxygen sells all sorts of medical supplies and is ready to answer questions you may have
