“We had Paul do the tiling for our 3/4 bathroom. He basically did a complete shower build as well as flooring and trim tile. Paul did a beautiful job, often working late nights and weekend days to finish on time. He even fixed our sink, a broken window, and a few other repairs that he was under no obligation to fix; and he did it without us even asking. He even got rid of the old shower that we ripped out and cleaned up our garage even cleaner than how it was when he started. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, he is the most hard working person I have met. Very kind, generous, local guy and all for a very fair price. Paul is Ukrainian and still has family he supports back in Ukraine. He is very responsive anytime I texted or called him. He explains everything he does and why and I trust that the project was done right without any shortcuts. “We purchased several different tiles from this location for 2 bathroom remodels a few states away. It was held for a couple of weeks before it could be picked up. Upon picking up the tile, the amount seemed to be off. During the counting, Cara realized the dye lots were different so she found another store to honor the pricing so we could make sure all tiles matched. Once home a few states away, we realized not all the floor tile was loaded. Cara was amazing in making sure we were satisfied and got what we needed throughout the entire process. She ended up having to issue a refund for the floor tile as we were under a time crunch with the job starting next week. Cara was really great and patient during the entire process!”
